Stand alone scaling allows the PD695 to be scaled without applying an input. Simply select internal calibration (I-CAL) mode and set desired display for the 4mA and 20 mA value. To scale first complete an initial calibration.

·       The 24 Volt transmitter power supply is standard on the PD695. This feature saves time and money by simplifying wiring and eliminating the cost of an external transmitter power supply.

·       Wet, dirty and dusty environments don't bother the PD695's NEMA 4X front panel so it can be installed in almost any panel in the plant

·       The linearization feature has two modes of operation:

·       The 11 point user calibration displays non-linear signals

·       The square root extraction displays the flow rate from a differential transmitter.

·      Programmable update rate for steady display

·      Adjustable noise window

The PD695 RMS AS voltmeter can be equipped with 2 or 4 relay contacts and a isolated 4-20 mA transmitter output. These options may be combined in any configuration to satisfy a wide variety of applications. A fully loaded model PD695-3 includes 4 relays and a isolated 4-20 mA transmitter output.

·       Loop Power : Isolated 24 VDC at 20mA regulated. Noise less than 10 mV p-p. Max loop resistance of 1200 ohms. Available for either signal input or 4-20 mA output option, but not both.

·       Hold reading or External Acknowledge : Connect ACK/HLD and COM and select JP5 on rear to change from ACK to hold

·       Calibration : Maybe calibrated using internal calibration (I-CAL) or by applying an external calibration signal (E-CAL).

·       Rating : 2 or 4 relays; 2 Amp SPDT (form C). The contacts are rated 2 Amp @ 30 VDC or 2 Amp @ 250 VAC resistive load; 1/14 HP @ 125/250 VAC for NC contacts and 1/10 HP @ 125/250 VAC for NO contacts, inductive load.

·       Reset : User Select.

·       Fail-safe Operation : The relay coils are energized in the non-alarm condition. In the case of a power failure , the relays will go to the alarm state. May be disabled with internal jumper.

·       Auto Initialization : When power is applied to the meter, the relays will always reflect the state of the input to the meter.

·       Dead band : 0-100 %, User Selectable.

·       Calibration Range: Anywhere in range of meter, 501 count minimum span.

·       Output Loop Resistance : 1500 ohms max. using a 35V external power supply. 500 ohms max. using the built-in loop power supply. Built-in loop power supply available for either 4-20 mA output or signal input, but not both.

·       Accuracy : +/- 0.1% FS, +/- .004 mA

·       Isolation: 500 VDC or peak AC, input-to-output or input/output-to-power line.

· External Loop Power Supply : 35 V max.

·
